Your Opportunity + Impact
LDG is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-driven Proposal Coordinator responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, client-facing proposals, collateral materials, presentations, and other efforts that foster relationships and secure new business opportunities. This role oversees a variety of proposal types, including the Federal Standard Form 330, customized RFPs, and specialized formats tailored to client requirements. The proposal coordinator will work together with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop proposals and other marketing materials that are compelling, accurate, creative, focused, and compliant with the client’s RFP/RFQ requirements. This position reports to the Proposal Studio Manager.
