Your Opportunity + Impact
Responsible for managerial direction of the department. Provides supervision and guidance related to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Determines technical and professional staffing needs – hires, manages, and motivates personnel. Provides work assignments and reviews performance to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff. Performs performance reviews. Serves as a technical advisor, provides senior-level input and evaluation on projects. Establishes and maintains quality and accuracy standards. Reviews and approves completed engineering documentation. Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving problems. Determines program objectives and requirements, organizes projects and develops standards and guidelines. Works cooperatively with other managers to achieve the company’s mission.
Performs construction management and/or field engineering duties on assigned field construction projects, as needed. Uses Deltek for completion and approvals of weekly time reports, expense statements, and project reporting to project management, department management, and upper management.
